THE CHEF

The head chef at Odette, Yannick Lahopgnou, will offer a delicious seasonal menu. After having trained under Yannick Alléno at Meurice (3 Michelin stars) and at Maison Rostang, and with experience both as an executive chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Japan and in running the kitchen of Parisian bistro Zébulon, Yannick Lahopgnou will combine these foundations in haute cuisine and classic bistro cooking to offer gourmet dishes as well as wonderful sharing platters.
